Hi, we are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team!


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and client service skills
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Retail (Luxury is plus) and / or call center business as an agent, answering incoming calls from customers and managing requests over the phone
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
  • Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
  • Language-Arabic/English
